Ultrasonic plastic welding

We use ultrasonic welding machine made by BRANSON to weld the large quantity of the PS and ABS plastic parts in a fast and cost saving way. The tool, oscillating at a certain frequency, is pressed strongly enough to the welding place. The combination of the tool’s rapid oscillation and the pressure causes the materials are heated up, molten and mutually-welded. The result of this process is the high-quality welded joint that is not only strong and durable, but aesthetic as well.
