Production of plastic parts

When finishing individual products from the KOVAL SYSTEMS portfolio, a separate plastic processing section plays an important role. Injection molding presses and other peripheral machines provide a wide range of operations. We use mainly the four operations: the injection molding of various polymers, such as classic and high-impact polystyrene and other polymers: ABS, PA6, PA66, PP, PE, the technical vacuuming (for the ABS, HPS plastic boards), the high-frequency plastic welding (PVC and foils processing) and ultrasonic plastic welding (ideal for thermoplastics). The range of our products is nearly 300 different product types. These include the equipment and accessories for complex products, as well as the products made according to the customers’ orders.
