The technological proces of shape-cut sheet metal is carried out on laser and plasma CNC machines and punching machines. The laser CNC machines process sheet metal in size of 4000 x 2000 mm and 20-millimeter wide, if it is standard-quality steel. The CNC plasma cutting machine cuts metal plates wider than 20 mm with the maximum size of 6000x 2500 mm. Combining laser and automated cutting, the CNC center guarantees high productivity, flexibility and precise repeatability of production. The punching machines process sheet metal with the width up to 8 mm. In the rolling process of 800-millimeter-wide material and 4-millimeter-thick material, the punching machine can punch the input semi-product as well as form and cut with high productivity and precision. Before the production phase, we use the Radan powerful CAD/CAM software and its superstructure applications to unfold spare parts on selected sheet formats and we generate CNC codes and archive relevant documentation. Their use significantly increases the efficiency of the forming process for the desired components - shortening of preparation time, waste reduction, we re-use and minimize the occurrence of rejects, resulting in a considerable final total cost savings.
