The KOVAL SYSTEMS was founded in 1994 as a private company under the name of EK, s. r. o. The company focused on production of bank technologies - i.e. mechanical safety facilities for bank workplaces, products for storaging and protection of day cash, safes technologies and archive and storage systems. 

In 2009 the EK, s. r. o. was transformed into the KOVAL SYSTEMS, a. s. From the very beginning, the orientation of production program was determined by market demand and by actual trends in particular market segments. Hence the product range was extended by new, highly sophisticated products such as automated warehouses, archives and sorting lines, automated parking systems, info-kiosks, ATM machines, exchange machines, etc. Thanks to the high-quality products and flexible reactions to market demand, the company was quickly established in the European markets.
