Resistance spot welding

We create solid welded joints between the two materials, using the resistance spot welding machines with high pressure on small surface and high electric energy. The most important parameters in the resistance spot welding are the electric current, the resistance, the heat and pressure. In the resistance spot welding, both welding electrodes push the components towards each other. Subsequently, the machine turns on the welding to induce a contact resistance. This leads to thermoelectric heat, resulting in melt. The electrical current is turned off, the liquid material hardens and the welded joint is solid. When cooling the melt, pressure must be maintained to avoid the pores. We use the facilities with different parameters for resistance spot welding of wide-range materials. The thickness as well as the product shape complexity play a role in selecting individual machines. A variety of facilities, such as the model DALEX PL63 OHK, made by BEZ Bratislava BN 20.12, or the model DANUBIUS BP 90.22 meet demanding criteria and requirements for the resistance spot welding.

TECNA 7913 P

The TECNA 7913 P pneumatic spot gun is most often used for light production works and simple part welding. It is suitable for almost every use. With the TECNA 7913 P, you can weld 1.8 and 1.8-mm wide sheets and 6-mm diameter steel rods, as well as the galvanized sheets.

The spot gun is equipped with the integrated synchronous timer. The compensation circuit starts the timer only when there is no proper passage of current, which enables to perform on oxidized sheets, on surfaces with paint residues or on black sheets. The current control with phase shift adjustment carries out the difficult welds, on very thin thickness, on rods with reduced diameter, on stainless steel sheet. This feature guarantees the stable welding.

The pressure switch, which turns on as soon as there is the working pressure between the electrodes saves welding time significantly.
