Pressing of inserts

The new generation presses offer with the system of automatic dispenser of parts for pressing and various additional tools which allow the perfectly-placed pressing into virtually all materials even in complicated technical conditions. The presses use the modern hydraulic system that provides constant pressure throughout the pressing process. This kind of pressure is necessary for the correct pressing of inserts of various types and sizes. The presses operates a safety system that meets the high demands on work safety in order to keep workers' health intact even at high labor productivity. When pressing the conductive and non-conductive materials (coated materials, sheet metal, plastics, etc.) the safety system function always guarantees workers' safety.

Haeger 824 WT

The Haeger’s 824 WT meets the demanding criteria for pressing the fasteners to the sheet metal. The hydraulic drive with an evenly distributed pressure ensures proper and safe fixation. It possible for pressure and reversing to be used at any stroke point. 

The tool protection system greatly reduces the potential destruction of tools and workpieces throughout the molding process. The position sensor monitors the ram position during the stroke. It cooperates with a standard conductive and non-conductive system. 

The standard machine features automatic feeder for parts. The feeder ensures the delivery of any part to the press working spot. The lower tool TIS has 4 arms which enable to press 4 individual parts with no need for storing. For the soft and vulnerable materials, such as Al, plastics, etc., it is possible to  set the tool's lower clamp with a mechanical fixed stop.
