    The new generation presses offer with the system of automatic dispenser of parts for pressing and various additional tools which allow the perfectly-placed pressing into virtually all materials even in complicated technical conditions. The presses use the modern hydraulic system that provides constant pressure throughout the pressing process. This kind of pressure is necessary for the correct pressing of inserts of various types and sizes. The presses operates a safety system that meets the high demands on work safety in order to keep workers' health intact even at high labor productivity. When pressing the conductive and non-conductive materials (coated materials, sheet metal, plastics, etc.) the safety system function always guarantees workers' safety.

    FANUC M710iC/50H

    The FANUC M710iC/50H automatic robot is part of an automated insert pressing center. The device performs the whole process of handling the sheets independently - from gripping the unmachined sheet, its positioning, the correct placement in the press, to depositing the part modified in this way in a designated place.

    The robot is characterized by a narrow wrist, a firm arm, small dimensions and high speed in all 5 axes. It is ideal for medium loads. The high permissible inertia allows us to process even large workpieces weighing up to 50 kg.

    The workplace also includes two automatic presses PS2000 Series by PEMSERTER. Each press has 71.2 kN / 8 tons of force and a 61 cm / 24” throat depth. The high speed hydra-pneumatic actuating system delivers insertion speed. Optional automatic feeding options ensure fast and accurate placement of fasteners without any additional intervention from our employees.
