We started the new year in a big way. Literally. Another, quite unique in Slovakia, device became a part of our technological equipment. It is a large-format bending press machine of a new generation - TRUMPF TruBend 81000.

The modern system with dimensions of 9,280 x 3,520 x 5,050 mm, a total weight of almost 120 tons and a pressing force of up to 10,000 kN, immediately became the object of interest of visitors and business partners. TRUMPF TruBend 81000, however, in addition to its impressive parameters, is also characterized by wide possibilities of use when bending oversized parts.

Comprehensive equipment as lower tool displacement, CNC-controlled crowning, laser controlled bending and a 5-axis backgauge, ensures high precision even on complex parts. Thanks to this, we can process large and heavy sheets with a maximum length of up to 8,050 mm. The hydraulic clamping of the upper and lower tools and the high speeds of movement in the individual axes also contribute significantly to increasing the efficiency of the entire bending process.

By using the TRUMPF TruBend 81000 bending press machine in the production process, we are able to meet even the most demanding customer requirements for speed and quality, even in the case of complex bending of particularly large sheets.
