The goal of our products is to provide users with efficiency, speed and comfort in their daily work. But like our customers, we are constantly looking for new ways to improve individual processes, shorten production and downtime, and, last but not least, increase the accuracy and quality of parts.

That is why we have expanded our machine park again, this time with an automated center for pressing of inserts into sheets. The system consists of three devices: the FANUC M710iC / 50H robotic arm and two PS2000 automatic presses by PEMSERTER.

The FANUC M710iC / 50H robot handles the sheet metal independently during the entire process, including the correct gripping and positioning when pressing the inserts, until the modified part is placed in a reserved place.

The PEMSERTER PS2000 presses ensure automated pressing of inserts into sheets. Each of them is equipped with a large container and thanks to the automatic feeding of assembling elements, we achieve fast and accurate positioning even in large series with high repeatability.
