JOB DESCRIPTION
Job description, responsibilities and duties:
» Develop and manage master production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets.
» Coordinate production planning activities with procurement, engineering, sales, and operations teams.
» Analyze capacity, resource availability, and material requirements to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.
» Optimize workflow and resource utilization while minimizing lead times and costs.
» Monitor production performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet customer and business objectives.
» Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, scheduling systems, and reporting tools.
» Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EMPLOYEE
Candidates with education suit the position:

» Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
» University education (Bachelor's degree)
» University education (Master's degree)
» technical / economic Educational Specialization
Personality requirements and skills:
» English - Upper intermediate (B2)
» Microsoft Word - Advanced
» Microsoft Excel - Expert
» SAP Fiori - Skillful
» SAP Production Planning (PP) - Advanced
» SAP Materials Management (MM) - Skillful
» Driving licence - B
» Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations, preferably in an industrial or automation environment
» Experience in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
» Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and planning tools - SAP
» Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
» Strong communication and leadership abilities
» Fluency in English
