Sand blasting and metallization of surface

When the surface is blasted, the undesirable fractions, such as grease, burrs, forge imperfections and other mechanical impurities are removal from the semi-product surface followed by their final treatment. The sand blasting of the part permits better coating adhesion to the surface. When we sand blast the large-sized workpieces, we use the moving sand-blasting booth with transiting profile in size of 5 x 5 x 15 meters. Since exterior parts is exposed to outdoor environment, their surface needs corrosion protection up to the C5 degree, and so it is metallized with various metal-molten wires, such as Al/Zn, Cu, Zn. The surface treated by metallization has the quality comparable to galvanizing.

TZ 3 - 7,5/16

The high-quality mechanical surface treatment prior to painting is a must for right and high-quality coating. 

We use the TZ 3 - 7.5 /16  high-performance fully automatic blasting booth with automatic feeder and blasting mode as the best blasting option. The machine uses a ceramic fraction of various sizes to remove mechanical dirt and scratches from the part surfaces. The result is a flawless surface for the optimum coating. 

The blasting booth is equipped with electrically controlled doors. At the bottom part, there is the rotary conveyor transporting abrasive material to the bucket elevator. The long-service life of the workspace is guaranteed by the special abrasion resistant rubber wall panels. The abrasive sorting machine separates the blasting material from dust and dirt. The swivel hook is equipped with a lifting facility with the 1000-kilograms weight capacity. The Y-shaped rail with a switch enables to hang on and hang the parts throughout the blasting process which minimizes time loss.
