    Production of profiles by rolling

    The profile rolling machines by SWAH, producing differently-shaped profiles, are used for the mass production, e.g. the mass production of the rack systems. The individual profiles are made of differently wide steel strips with the maximum 2,5-millimeter thick steel strips, into which the high-speed hydraulic press cuts the holes out. Then the system of profiling rollers forms and in the end cuts the profile in desired length.

    PZ 400/18

    The PZ 400/18 profiling line consists of these components: uncoiling device, feeding device, excess-tape measurement, the fast driving hydraulic press with, the profiling stands - hydraulic cutting machine, the run-out desk.
