We use the Sonderhoff DM 402, high-performance, low pressure and fully automatic mixing and dosing system, for the foam sealing of specific parts. The device use classic low pressure FIPFG technology for mixed-cell polyurethane foam FERMAPOR K31.
The Sonderhoff system consist of three modules: the dosing machine, the refilling station, the linear robot and the two-level shuttle table.
The dosing machine is used for mixing, dosing and feeding of one, two or more component polymers and silicone mixtures for the production of foam and glued strips.
The refilling station ensures specific material treatment, homogeneous consistency and continuous material supply.
The dosing unit is manipulated by a 3-axis linear robot. It is characterized by high rigidity, dynamic acceleration and precise application of materials that we apply to parts.
The two-level shuttle table consists of a base stand and two movable clamping plates. This allows the separation of the hazardous area of the linear robot and the workplace of the operating personnel. The operator works in the loading position of the clamping plate. After entering the command, it moves to the robot's workspace. At the same time, the plate with the previous, already foamed part is moved back to the operator. This solution enables smooth and uninterrupted operation of the device.
