The fully automatic coating line is equipped with a
conveyor system of the Power&Free type, which enables the handling of
large products, branching of tracks, or accumulation in front of the
technological parts of the line. The system consists of trolleys with
a load capacity up to 500 kg, a system of lubrication and drive units,
switches, buffers and other parts.
The preparation of the surface before coating is ensured by a continuous 5-stage chemical pre-treatment. The coating itself is realized in two plastic cabins using 40 powder coating guns by SAMES KREMLIN installed on the RFV 2000 manipulator. Thanks to this solution, a quick color change is possible, so downtime is reduced to a minimum.
Paint distribution is ensured through the ITS powder center
with a cyclone paint recycling system with automatic dosing back into
circulation. During the entire painting process, the parts pass through a
drying and firing oven as well as a cooling zone for efficient cooling before
hanging the parts.
Comprehensive PLC control and monitoring of the production
process is provided by the HiVision system. The eSaver module optimizing
consumption is also included.
