The semi-automatic powder coating line with water-screen cabin for a wet paint process is successfully used for small-scale production.

    Automatic coating line IDEAL-LINE

    The perfect finish achieved by coating is a must for the high-quality products.  When coating the products, we use a fully automatic IDEAL-LINE with 5-step surface pre-treatment prior to coating. The coating of products depends on the product purpose, i.e. indoor or outdoor products. The anticorrosive protection coating of outdoor products can take up to 720 hours according to the ISO 9227 norm. The Fe, Al and the galvanized materials can be coated this way.
