Plasma cutting

Plasma cutting machines use plasma torch in order to cut steel and other metals of various thickness. In the process, the inert gas is blown out of the nozzle at high speed, while the plasma gas forms the electric arc with the cut material surface. Plasma reaches extremely high temperatures which enables to cut metals by melting and it moves quickly enough to cut the molten metal. The advantages of this multi-use cutting technology are: relatively affordable price, technologically-easier device, precision and compatibility, possibility of different metal material cutting.

MicroStep MasterCut-X 6001.25PG+CH800P

The MasterCut-X 6001.25PG + CH800P made by the MicroStep is used to cut and machine the thick sheet metal parts and pipes as well as the parts from the various profiles (U, I, IPE, etc.). 

It is specifically-developed for the market requirements. It meets demanding criteria for high-quality cut and it cuts materials, using both autogenous and plasma torches.
