    The high-performance horizontal machining centers and the CNC vertical machining centers named Haas VF 2, 6, 7, 11 provide high-capacity, and more, flexible production of a wide range of parts. The centers are used for milling smaller parts that make part of our products as well as for machining welded large-size structures for external clients for whom we use quality technology by FERMAT.

    Haas VF 11/50

    All its main parts has cast-iron construction. Unlike steel construction, the facility has much better vibration absorbance. Electronic temperature compensation ball screw permits a stable position and eliminates machining inaccuracies. 

    Initially tensed linear ball leading are used in each axis of the machine. They provide backlash-free operation and they are resistant to the weight capacity in all directions. The vector drive of spindle offers high-performance and it controls speed for roughing. 

    The intuitive functions for machine control makes the operator’s work easier. The large-capacity magazine for tool changer shortens the non-working time and it increases machine productivity.
