TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber

The TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber with solid-state laser technology provides us with a wide range of options for fast and flexible processing of pipes and profiles. The possibility of fully automatic process setting ensures an uninterrupted production process with minimal non-productive time.

Due to RapidCut function, the high feed rates of the laser come into their own even on smaller contours. The device has proved its worth not only in large-scale, but also in piece production and when working with parts with a diameter of up to 254 mm and a wall thickness of up to 10 mm for mild steel.

The Smart Profile Detection technology allows us to process profiles with challenging geometries. The self-centering collet chuck with continuous sensor monitoring also plays an important role in this. This makes it possible to clamp parts with complex geometries without any damage. By combining these two elements, we achieve high precision of finished workpieces.
