TRUMPF TruLaser 5040 Fiber

The TruLaser 5040 fiber by TRUMPF is a modern 2D laser cutting device. It is ideal for use in our production due to its high machining speed and repeatability of part quality, even with multiple repetitions and complex contours.

The well-arranged and intuitive TouchPoint HMI touchpad enables our operators to work quickly and efficiently.

The facility also includes the TruDisk 8001 - a high-power solid-state laser for the welding, cutting and surface processing of metals with nitrogen. It features an intelligent interior and high-quality data sensors that monitor all important parameters in the laser. Stable processes, thanks to integrated, active laser power control, contribute to high quality in repetitions.

The whole system is complemented by an automatic manipulator LiftMaster, which control the transfer of sheets between the TruLaser 5040 fiber and the storage pallet before and after their processing. It contains both carrier suction cups, for the transportation of the unprocessed sheet, and rake arms for conveying cut sheets.
