Injection molding for plastic parts

We use fully-automatic injection molding machines made by Demag and ARBURG in order to produce the large series of plastic parts in an efficient, economic, fast and accurate way. The PS, PA and ABS thermoplastics granules are put into the trays and then heated to the melting point. The molten material is injected into the cavity of the mold under high pressure and it fills up the closed mold. After the material is cooled down, the mold is opened and the mechanism pushes out a finished product. Such products are characterized by accuracy in size and shape. That’s why there is no need for finishing or only minimal one. Meeting the high requirements, the parts can be used in our own products and in the external customers’ products.

Demag ergotech 150/475-440 concept

The Demag’s Ergotech is equipped with a 5-point double toggle-system, which ensures short clamping force times at minimal course and at low energy demands.

Using the Demag injection molding machine, we produce accessories and additional components for more complex products and for our facilities, such as handles for our safes, keyboards and individual plastic parts for the Paternoster mechanized storage system, plastic covers for time-locked safe desks, dividing barriers, or non-standard coin models. The machine is capable of producing parts of complex shapes and without creating unwanted radii of edges, in vacuum shaping.
