Kuhlmeyer ZBS-2

The ZBS-2 is universal twin-belt grinding machine made by Kuhlmeyer and it roughs and finishes the various workpieces and products. The use of twin-belt grinding allows roughing and finishing of individual parts in one step without the need for further handling. Each belt has automatic tension carried out by an individual pneumatic roller. The machine design allows the maximum use of the machine's operations and it keeps the worker safe. The contact rollers and the press plate allow universal use of the facility. 

It is possible to use different contact rollers depending on the type of product. The press plate is used to grind the welded joints on the edges and to repair flat surface. The contact roller flattens the surface and makes the tread pattern especially for the anti-corrosion materials.
