Dalcos EXN 800-3T Ergo

The EXN 800-3T Ergo automatic line made by Dalcos is important and suitable for large-scale production of complex sheet parts. 

The machine offers a customized configuration in order to select the right tool from the multi-tool G-type rotary module, increasing overall flexibility in the production process. These tools are placed on two moving arms permitting the flexible tool according to the purpose of use as well according to size. 

The electrically-operated ram can produce the cut force up to 19 tons. There are three stationary hydraulic presses with a pressing force of 36 and 60 tons, on the line. All the tools for pressing, cutting and forming can be mounted to them. The material is loaded into the machine by the electronic feeder with the built-in sheet straightener and the roll unwinder with maximum 6000-kilogram weight capacity. 

The built-in encoder ensures the production repeatability of the individual parts.
