The synchronous servomotor and a precise gearbox provide the machine drive. The frame of welded and reinforced sheet metals with clamping angle is rigid enough. 

The rollers are made of quenched steel and accurately grinded. The transfer of torque to the upper cylinder is carried out by the front gear. The pneumatic rollers unclamp the upper working rollers in a parallel way. The feeder is equipped with rollers that eliminate breakage of sheet metal and the cross guide rollers ensuring the accurate handling of the sheet metal to feeding machine and tool. 

The feeder is mechanically height adjustable. The CNC device ensures the synchronous servomotor cooperation with servobooster that consists of PLC, an operating panel and a keyboard.
