Assembly of box systems

The layout of workshop used for box system assemble was designed in order to meet highest criteria for assembling and assembled parts to meets the demanding criteria for ergonomics and to provide comfortable workspace that offers enough space. Due to the larger-sized assemble parts the logistic flow has to be adjusted according to consumption and supply of individual workplace’s parts.

The repeatable assembly offers repeatability of individual parts which provides single-use facilities used for subgroups pre-assemble processes, as well as manual, electrical and pneumatic tools. This process ensures individual parts that are interchangeable in case of eservice maintenance and spare part production.
