Installation of safes and ATMs

The assembly of these products is carried out in specially designed workplaces, in which we use single-purpose assembly facilities to assemble components for final products. They are assembled before final assembly and they are separate units, i.e. semi-finished products that are assembled into final products. The process of finalization includes the individual pre-prepared components assembled, by means of the necessary control and measuring norms and manual, pneumatic and electric tools. The products from the ergonomic workplace enter with a certain distance according to the total number of final products.

These types of assembly workplaces need to possess regulated work procedures, workplace layout visualization and some special processes, as well as the synchronized service and logistic activities. Fulfillment of these conditions guarantees the highly productive workplace.
