    Pallet rack systems

    The EK 7700 palette rack systems are manufactured in compliance with the latest know-how in storage technologies and meet the highest demands as far as quality, safety and storage efficiency are concerned. Variability of the system and possibility to incorporate non-standard elements predetermine it for productive storage of goods on palettes of different kinds. The palette racks are made up of various profiles (from the S1 to S4), connecting frames, differently long beams and profiles (N1 - N4), connectors and accessories. A modular design assures optimal utilization of the warehouse as well as direct access to all stored items. Assembly of the shelves is simple and fast. The system allows easy adjustment of the beams and offers a wide range of additional equipment.

    Electric sliding pallet racks

    A construction of sliding pallet racks is based on fixed pallet racks additionally equipped with specially designed gear allowing movement of fully loaded racks. The electronic control unit provides smooth and safe movement of the racks. The system’s operation can be controlled via the control panel, the buttons on individual racks or via the PC equipped with database software. 

    The electric sliding pallet racks are practical for warehouses with high demand on room capacity utilization. Their operation is similar to the EK 7500 - the system creates only one access aisle which increases warehouse room capacity utilization up to 80 %.

    When the request is entered, the database software identifies location of the selected item (goods) and automatically opens proper access aisle. Such a system considerably increases efficiency, safety and comfort of the work with stored material.
