EK 5730 - KONTEL 3

Similar to the EK 5730 KONTEL USJ, the EK 5730 - KONTEL 3 transport cage foldable container serves for safe and comfortable transport of solid piece goods. Its structure maximizes the storage space in transportation vehicles. The size fits the EUR-pallet standard. Operation of the universal storage unit is easy and safe.

The EK 5730 - KONTEL 3 transport cage foldable container stands on a wheel platform with 4 swivel castors or combined wheels, i.e. 2 swivel castors and 2 fixed wheels. They are mounted on ball bearings to ensure an easy operation.

In the container there is a horizontal traverse, i.e. the interior divider rack which divides the interior space into two equal parts, i.e. bottom and top. The rack allows to separate independently the left or right part of the container, and so it avoids damage of items placed at the container’s bottom because weight of the upper items.

The top part of their structure consists of fixed panel walls with a 50 by 50-mm perforation. There are two lockable wing doors on length’s side. From the top, the EK 5730 - KONTEL 3 is protected by a full sheet metal cover.

The container is equipped with a harness mechanism thanks to which you can connect multiple containers in a chain. Each KONTEL container includes an A5-format information tag insert, a descriptive board on which you can specify the goods (writing on it with chalk), the space for RFID tag and barcode. Each container has the plate with technical data about the producer.
